摘要 肝癌是消化系统常见的恶性肿瘤,世界范围内,肝癌在男性最常见恶性肿瘤排第5位,在女性人群中排在第6位。我国的形式更是不容乐观,根据世界卫生组织2014年的统计数据,中国每年肝癌的发病人数达到394 770例,在男性和女性癌症死亡原因中分别占到19.6%和13.0%。脂肪组织不仅在能量代谢中发挥着重要的作用,也是人体最大的内分泌器官,能分泌包括脂联素、瘦素、抵抗素、内脂素等在内的多种脂肪因子及白细胞介素6(IL-6)、转化生长因子α(TGF-α)等趋化因子,通过配体-受体途径介导细胞间的信号转导。脂联素是含量最丰富的脂肪因子,具有抗炎、增强胰岛素敏感性、抑制肿瘤形成等多种不同的生物学效应。一些研究证实了脂联素对肝癌细胞的抑制效应及其在肝癌病人预后中的作用,本文拟对这些研究作一系统综述。 Hepatocarcinoma is a relatively common gastrointestinal malignancy.In China,according to the data of WHO in 2014,394 770 people suffer from hapetocarcinoma every year.As the most greatest endocrine organ,adipose tissues secrete many kinds of bioactive adipokines,including adiponectin,leptin,resistin,etc.,which perform their biological function by combination with special receptors.Adiponectin,which is predominantly deprived by white adipose tissue,well-known for its anti-inflammation,insulin-sensitization and tumor suppression,is a kind of the most abundant adipokine.Some studies have identified the anti-tumor function of adiponectin in hepatocarcinoma.This paper aims to perform a review of the relationship between adiponectin and hepatocarcinoma.
