小儿推拿配合泻火乳蛾汤治疗胃火炽盛型急乳蛾临床研究

Clinical Study of Infantile Massage Combined with Xiehuo Ru'e Tang for Acute Tonsillitis of Intense Stomach-Fire Type

目的:观察小儿推拿配合泻火乳蛾汤治疗胃火炽盛型急乳蛾的临床疗效。方法:选取96例胃火炽盛型急乳蛾患儿的临床资料进行回顾性研究,根据治疗方法的不同,分为对照组45例和治疗组51例。对照组予泻火乳蛾汤内服治疗,观察组在对照组用药基础上加用小儿推拿。观察2组退热时间及脓点消失时间,评估治疗效果。结果:治疗组总有效率100%,对照组总有效率86.67%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组退热时间及脓点消失时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在泻火乳蛾汤内服的基础上加小儿推拿治疗胃火炽盛型急乳蛾,能提高总体疗效,促进患儿早日康复。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of infantile massage combined with Xiehuo Ru＇e tang for acute tonsillitis of intense stomach-fire type. Methods： Retrospective studies were conducted on 96 cases of children with acute tonsillitis of intense stomach-fire type. According to different treatment, children were randomly divided into the control group with 45 cases and the treatment group with 51 cases. Both groups received Xiehuo Ru＇e tang orally, while the treatment group was additionally treated with infantile massage. Observed the defervescence time as well as the disappearance time of purulent spots, and assessed the curative effect in both groups. Results： The total effective rate was 100% in the treatment group and 86.67% in the control group, the difference being significant（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the time for body temperature to return normal and the disappearance time of purulent spots in the treatment group were both shorter than those in the control group,differences being significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The therapy of infantile massage based on Xiehuo Ru＇e tang for acute tonsillitis of intense stomach-fire type can enhance the overall effect and promote the recovery of children.
