基于主成分分析的我国建筑业区域发展影响因素研究

Research on the Influence Factors of the Regional Development of China's Construction Industry Based on Principal Component Analysis

以我国区域建筑业为研究对象,选取代表生产规模、生产能力和产值效率的16个技术经济指标,运用主成分分析法分析2002~2014年我国建筑业区域发展影响因素。结果表明,我国区域建筑业发展极不平衡,主要影响因素也因地而异,且综合发展水平较高地区存在明显短板,位于中部的省份有明显的地区发展优势。我国建筑业应明确地区发展劣势,弥补短板,努力缩小区域间建筑业发展差异。

Taking the regional construction industry in China as the research object,this paper selects 16 representative technical and economic indicators representing production scale,production capacity and industrial efficiency,uses the principal component analysis to analyze the inf luence factors of the regional development of China＇s construction industry in 2002-2014.The results show that the development of regional construction industry in China is unbalanced,the main influence factors of the development of construction industry also vary from place to place,and there are obvious short board in the higher level of comprehensive development.China＇s construction industry should make clear the disadvantage of regional development,make up for the short board,and strive to narrow the gap between the construction industry developments.
