摘要
荧光增白剂作为添加在食品包装材料中影响食品安全的重要物质之一,它的存在既能给食品包装材料起到美白增艳的作用,也会给人类带来食品安全方面的健康隐患。以荧光增白剂VBL为例,通过分子荧光分析法确定其最佳激发波长为340nm,最佳发生波长为430nm,并对其进行定量分析。研究食品包装材料中VBL在不同条件下的迁移规律,为今后研究相关领域的企业质量控制及科研项目开发提供参考。
As one of important substances added in the food packaging materials and influencing the food safety,fluorescent brightener can whiten the food packaging materials,and also will bring health hazard to people in food safety.With fluorescent brightener VBL for example,it is determined through molecular fluorescent method that its optimal excitation wavelength is 340 nm,and optimal generation wavelength is 430 nm,and also quantitative analysis is conducted to fluorescent brightener VBL.The research on transfer rule of VBL in food packaging materials under different conditions has provided reference for future research on enterprise quality control and scientific research project development in related fields.
