功能化有机硅纳米管的合成及其油气吸附性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 利用溶胶-凝胶法制备出管径狭长、壁厚微薄的有机硅纳米管,通过引入阻聚剂对其表面进行修饰,并对样品结构进行表征。将样品、商业化活性炭(AC)和硅胶(SG)对水蒸气、正己烷和油气进行静态吸附实验对比,并在自建的动态正己烷吸附装置上进行动态吸附实验。吸附结果表明,所制备的有机硅纳米管材料的静/动态吸附容量和稳定性都远高于商业化活性炭和硅胶。 Silicone nanotubes with small diameter,long length and thin wall thickness are prepared by sol-gel method.Polymerization inhibitor is added modify the surface of nanotubes prepared. The structures of the samples are characterized. The samples,commercial activated carbon( AC) and silica gel( SG) are compared through the experiments of static adsorption against water vapor,n-hexane and oil vapor respectively. These three adsorbents respectively are also used to carry out dynamic adsorption experiments on a self-made n-hexane adsorption device. The adsorption results show that the static/dynamic adsorption capacity and stability of the prepared silicone nanotubes are much higher than that of commercial AC and SG.
