摘要
以异辛醇、环氧乙烷和三氧化硫为原料,经乙氧基化和硫酸化合成了一种阴-非离子表面活性剂异辛醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐(i-OE3S)。对其结构进行了表征,对其硫酸化合成工艺进行了研究,并对其相关物化性能进行了测试。结果表明,反应温度为40℃,n(i-OE)∶n(SO_3)=1∶1.25,SO_3气体体积分数为8%,反应时间为20 min的硫酸化条件最优。i-OE3S的Krafft点低于0℃,具有较低的γCMC。
Isooctanol polyoxyethylene ether sulfate( i-OE3S),a kind of anion/non-ionic surfactant,is synthesized by ethoxylation and sulfation methods using isooctanol,ethylene oxide and sulfur trioxide as raw materials,and its structure is characterized.The sulfation synthesis process is studied and the physical and chemical properties of prepared samples are tested. The results show that the optimal conditions are as follows: the reaction temperature is 40℃,n( i-OE) ∶ n( SO3) = 1 ∶1. 25,the concentration of SO3 is 8%,and the reaction time is 20 min. This i-OE3S has a Krafft point below 0℃ and has a lower γcmcthan OE3S.
