摘要
通过改变白炭黑、乙炔炭黑、过氧化二异丙苯和氧化铁的用量 ,以正交实验设计法对硅橡胶的导电性以及综合性能加以研究。结果表明 :乙炔炭黑对导电性的影响高度显著 ,白炭黑用量在 1 0份以下对电阻率影响较小 ,随交联剂用量的增加电阻率有增大趋势。
Effects of the variations in loading levels of silica,acety lene black,dicumyl peroxide and ferric oxide on the conductivity and mechanical properties of silicone rubber was studied by orthogonal testing design.The results show that the effects of acety lene black on conductivity are highly conspicious.When the amont of silica is less than 10 phr,its influence on resistivity is small.While with the increasemeat of crosslink agent,the resistivity has a tendency to increase.
