不同油价时期石油美元的特点不同。随着国际货币体系多元化的发展,石油欧元、石油卢布和石油人民币等都在冲击美元在国际石油贸易中的垄断地位,但对石油美元的挑战仍有限。从国家层面来看,应抓住"一带一路"倡议机遇,提升人民币的国际地位和区域认可度,为人民币国际化营造良好的硬件基础和市场环境。从油气行业来看,应当结合自身特点,积极探索人民币国际化的路径,以天然气人民币为抓手,为人民币国际化提供切实有效的推进途径。

The characteristics of petro-dollar are different in different oil price periods. With the diversification of the international monetary system, the monopoly of dollar is impacted by petro-euro, petro-ruble and petro-RMB in international oil trade, though the challenge is still limited. China should seize the strategic opportunity of the Belt and Road initiative, enhance the international status and regional recognition of RMB, and create a sound foundation and market environment for the internationalization of RMB. The oil and gas industry in China should actively explore the path of RMB internationalization with its own characteristics and provide practical and effective approach to promote the internationalization of RMB with natural gas-RMB as the starting point.
