竹鼠源致病性雷氏普罗威登斯菌的分离鉴定 被引量:9

摘要 为确定南宁隆安县某竹鼠养殖场发生竹鼠死亡的原因,从发病的竹鼠肝、肺及肾脏中分离得到2株可疑细菌,经形态观察及16S rRNA序列分析,鉴定两株细菌均为雷氏普罗威登斯菌(Providencia rettgeri)。经小鼠回归试验证实该分离菌可致死小鼠。测序结果显示,该菌16S rRNA与雷氏普罗威登斯菌(AB680422)同源性高达99.9%。药敏试验显示,对头孢吡肟、头孢唑林、头孢氨苄等药物高度敏感;对青霉素、氯霉素、氟苯尼考、复方新诺明等药物有抗性。这些研究结果表明,雷氏普罗威登斯菌是隆安县某竹鼠养殖场竹鼠致死的病原菌。本文在国内外首次报道了雷氏普罗威登斯菌对竹鼠有较强的致病性。 To determine the pathogenic bacteria infecting the bamboo rats in the Longan of Nanning, two strains were isolated from the lung, liver and kidney of diseased bamboo rats. Identification by the morphological characteristics and 16S rRNA gene se- quence analysis, demonstrated that the pathogenic bacteria were Provideneia rettgeri. The pathogenic test showed that the isolate was highly pathogenic to the adult mice. Their 16S rRNA was closely related to Providencia rettgeri (AB680422) with a homology of 99. 9%. The susceptibility test to antibiotis demonstrated that the Providencia rettgeri was highly sensitive to eefepime, eefazolin, cephalexin, etc. , and resistant to penicillin, chloramphenicol, florfenieol, compound sulfamethoxazole, etc. These findings suggest that Providencia rettgeri is the pathogen of the dead bamboo rats in Longan of Nanning. This is the first report, showing that Provi- dencia rettgeri has strong pathogenicity to bamboo rats at home and abroad.
