基于多维度融合的特色小镇规划建设研究——以浙江慈溪智美家电特色小镇为例

Research on planning and construction of Characteristic Towns Based on multi dimension fusion——A Case Study of Zhejiang Cixi Small Household Electrical Appliances Characteristic Town

特色小镇是一个"产、城、人、文"四位一体的多功能空间综合体,规划设计中应注重多维度的融合。文章基于特色小镇的内涵,认为特色小镇规划应将产业维度、功能维度、形态维度和制度维度进行融合,并以浙江慈溪智美家电特色小镇为案例,具体分析了各维度融合打造的具体措施和要求,以期从规划设计层面引领特色小镇的建设,形成比较全面的特色小镇整体设计方案。

The characteristic town is a multi-functional spatial synthesis of ＂production, city, people and literature ＂. So the planning and design of the town should pay attention to the integration of multi dimension, including industry dimension, functional dimension, morphological dimension and institutional dimension. This article takes Zhejiang Cixi small household electrical appliances characteristic town as an example, and analyzes the concrete measures and requirements of the integration of the various dimensions. The goal of this article is to form a comprehensive design scheme of characteristic town from the level of planning and design, in order to lead the construction of the towns.
