摘要
目的:发挥信息技术优势,创新医院互联网+医疗服务模式,改变传统服务模式的困境。方法:基于医院集成平台和数据中心一体化应用,打造基于微信的涉及院前、院中、院后全流程的互联网+医疗服务平台。结果:实现从门诊挂号、支付、导诊、提醒、报告查询到住院登记、预交金、院后随访和满意度调查等服务功能。结论:为患者提供了内容丰富、信息准确、便捷高效、体贴主动的互联网医疗服务新体验,提高了患者的满意度,同时提升了医院服务和管理的水平。
Objective Using information technology to innovate hospital internet+ medical service mode to change disadvantages of traditional service mode. Methods Built whole Process internet+ medical Service We Chat platform, including pre-hospital, in-hospital and discharged on the basis of the hospital integration platform and data center. Results The Platform achieves functions such as patient registration, mobile payment, referral, messenger reminder, report inquiries, in-hospital registration, inpatient prepayment, discharge follow-up and satisfaction survey and etc. Conclusion The platform provides patients new internet medical service experience with rich content, accurate information, which is convenient, efficient, considerate and active. It also improves patient satisfaction, and enhance the level of hospital services and management.
