摘要
在探索分级诊疗的过程中,信息化手段起到重要的支撑作用。本文对分级诊疗的背景、标准规范、医联体实现、区域卫生信息平台在分级诊疗中的作用等方面归纳分析,列举了锦州市以区域卫生信息平台为依托,借助信息化手段开展的多项分级诊疗工作,对分级诊疗在各地的开展具有参考意义。
In the process of exploring graded diagnosis and treatment, informationization plays an important supporting role. This thesis summarizes and analyzes the background and functions of standard specification, regional medical alliance, regional health information platform in the graded diagnosis and treatment, and enumerates the multi-term graded diagnosis and treatment work in Jinzhou city that based on regional health information platform, which has a reference significance for the implementation of graded diagnosis and treatment in various areas.
