摘要
本文通过对医院现有传染病信息化管理状况的分析,针对现有系统的不足,提出了一套以传染病患者为中心的信息管理方案。系统采用了多层架构,结合HL7V3标准、Webservice、ESB等技术,以临床数据中心和知识库为基础,与现有的医院信息系统(HIS)、患者服务与微信平台高度集成,集辅诊、上报、随访、统计等功能为一体。
Based on the analysis of the current situation of infection information system in hospital, the author puts forward a set of patient-centered information management solution. Using a multi-layer architecture and combining with HL7V3, Webservice, ESB, CDR and KB, the system highly integrated with HIS, patient service platform, We Chat platform, auxiliary diagnosis, reporting, follow-up, and statistical functions, etc.
