海南大学生手机成瘾现状及与人格关系

The Status of Mobile Phone Addiction and Its Relationship with Personality in the College Students of Hainan

目的:了解海南大学生手机成瘾现状及与人格的关系,探讨影响大学生手机成瘾的因素,为预防和控制大学生手机成瘾提供依据。方法:采用分层整群随机抽样的方法,使用自编的调查问卷基本信息表、手机成瘾量表和大五人格量表对海南在校大学生进行抽样调查。结果:(1)海南大学生手机成瘾率为40.5%;男生成瘾率43.9%,女生为38.2%,男生显著高于女生(χ~2=4.772,P<0.05);医学专业成瘾率为46.2%,高于非医学专业的36.2%(χ~2=14.686,P<0.05);大一、大二、大三、大四及以上手机成瘾率分别为38.2%、38.4%、44.3%、44.0%;(2)成瘾者与非成瘾者在外向性(F=7.320,P<0.05)和开放性(F=11.034,P<0.05)有统计学差异;手机成瘾与外向性、顺同性、严谨性、神经质相关显著(r=0.161,-0.188,0.237,0.231;P<0.001)。结论:海南大学生手机成瘾率较高,性别、专业对手机成瘾有一定影响,大学生手机成瘾与人格存在相关性,其中神经质、严谨性和外向性对手机成瘾有一定的预测作用。

Objective：To research the status quo of mobile phone addiction of the college students of Hainan and discuss the association between mobile phone addiction and personality,to explore the influence factors of the mobile phone addiction,and to provide fundamental basis for the prevention and control of mobile phone addiction in college students.Methods：By using stratified cluster random sampling method,investigation was conducted among 1464 sub-jects with the basic information questionnaire,mobile phone addiction scale and the big five personality scale.Results：① The mobile phone addiction rate of the students was 40.5%;the boys rate was 43.9%,the girls was 38.2%（χ2 =4.772,P 〈0.05）,the rate of medical professional addiction was 46.2%,non-medicine addiction was 36.2% （χ2 =14.686,P 〈0.05）;The rates of freshman,sophomore,junior and senior students were 38.2%,38.4%,44.3%,44%respectively;② The scores of mobile phone addicts personality were lower than that of non addicts.The mobile phone addiction and extraversion,conscientiousness,rigorous and neuroticism were correlated （r = 0.161,-0.188, 0.237,0.231;P〈0.001）.Conclusion：The mobile phone addiction rate of students from Hainan is relatively high.Gen-der and major have certain influence on mobile phone addiction.There are association between Mobile phone addiction and the Big Five Personality of college students,and neuroticism on Mobile phone addiction has certain prediction.
