消化性溃疡并上消化道出血治疗中大剂量奥美拉唑联合奥曲肽的效果观察

Peptic Ulcer and Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding Effect of High-dose Omeprazole Combined with Octreotide in the Treatment of Observation

目的探讨对消化性溃疡并上消化道出血患者实施综合大剂量奥美拉唑联合奥曲肽治疗的方法和临床效果。方法选取2015年4月-2016年4月收治的消化性溃疡并上消化道出血患者60例,随机分成两组,对30例对照组患者实施常规剂量奥美拉唑联合奥曲肽进行治疗,对观察组30例患者实施大剂量奥美拉唑联合奥曲肽进行治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果经过4周的治疗,观察组患者在治疗有效率(96.67%76.67%)及止血时间、输血量三项内容的比较结果上均明显优于对照组,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论对消化性溃疡并上消化道出血患者实施大剂量奥美拉唑联合奥曲肽治疗的疗效显著,且止血效果好,值得临床进行推广。

Objective To explore the method and clinical effect of omeprazole combined with octreotide in patients with peptic ulcer complicated with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Methods 60 patients with peptic ulcer and upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage admitted in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2016 were randomly divided into two groups. 30 patients in control group were treated with conventional dose of omeprazole combined with octreotide , 30 cases of observation group of patients with high - dose omeprazole combined with octreotide for treatment, observation of the two groups of patients with treatment. Results After 4 weeks of treatment, compared with the control group, the effective rate of treatment （96. 67% 76. 67% ）, hemostasis time and blood transfusion in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group （P 〈 0. 05）, which was statistically significant. Conclusions The treatment of peptic ulcer with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage with high - dose omeprazole combined with octreotide is effective and hemostatic effect is good, which is worth popularizing in clinic.
