不落轮镟床轴向定位液压系统的设计

摘要 广州地铁四号线的列车是采用直线电机牵引系统,列车的本身结构就没有变速箱,具有转弯半径小的优点,其列车的轮对相对于其他机车的直径要小。四号线列车在运行过程中经常出现转向架震动异响现象,长久使用,发现其镟修后的轮对出现了台阶现象,这严重影响到了轮对的镟修质量,也直接影响到列车的正常运营,为此对镟床各方面研究分析,确定了其产生故障现象的原因为轴向定位不牢并结合实际情况,提出了改造方案,在不落轮镟床上限定轮对的轴向位移,以确保镟修的安全,在镟床液压系统的基础上,设计新增加一条液压回路,利用两个轴向油缸,再加两个小的靠轮,用来靠住轮对的轮缘,限制车轮的左右移动,使其在轮对镟修过程中不能产生位移,保证其轴向定位的可靠。 Guangzhou metro 4th line train is a linear motor traction system, the train itself has no gearbox structure, with the advantages of small turning radius, the train wheel relative to the diameter of other locomotives to be small. The train during operation often appear bogie vibration noise, it is found that after the wheelset lathing steps appeared phenomenon, the serious influence to the quality of wheelset lathing, and directly affect the normal operation of the train, so to solve this step phenomenon is imminent. Therefore the study of lathe analysis, the reason of the failure phenomenon is determined, the axial positioning is not strong. Combined with actual situation, proposed the reform plan, the uuderfloor wheel lathe bed must limit the axial displacement of the wheel, in order to ensure the safety of lathing, based on the lathe of the hydraulic system, a design of the new hydraulic circuit using two axial cylinder, with two small wheels used to live on the wheel rim, to limit the wheel moving around, resulting in displacement of wheelset lathing process can ensure the reliable axial positioning.
