摘要 为了搭建光缆运维管理系统并使该系统平台真正成为管理通信网络的生产系统,在GIS技术的应用日益成熟的情况下如何实现基础通信资源的数据整合成为该平台能否发挥实际作用的关键。在阐述整套光缆运维管理系统的总体结构和系统主要功能的同时,结合通信企业的生产需求总结并形成了一套行之有效且经济实用的数据整合办法。为应对海量、复杂的光缆数据整理提供便捷、实用、全面的整理服务,在整个过程中实现了合理化、准确性和经济性的有机结合,为实现光缆的规划、设计、建设、运维及再规划的全生命周期循环提供一定的参考。 In order to set up optical cable operations management system and make the system platform truly become management communication network support system, with the application of GIS technology becoming more and more mature, how to realize the data integration of the basic communication resources becomes the key of the platform. This paper expounds the whole structure and main functions of the whole set of optical cable operation and maintenance management system, and summarizes and forms a set of effective and economibal data integration method according to the support demand of the communication enterprise. In order to cope with the massive and complex data cable to provide convenient, practical and comprehensive finishing services, in the whole process to achieve the organic combination of rationalization, accuracy and economy of the ring, provide certain reference for the realization of planning, design, construction and planning of the whole communication network life cycle.
