摘要
根据制动软管的工作情况,设计了满足某汽车制造厂测试要求的一种汽车制动软管压力试验机。该试验机主要用于汽车制动软管的疲劳性能测试,该试验机利用软件技术模拟了汽车制动油管的实际使用工况,介质温度控制系统满足试验要求,电液伺服控制技术能产生所需的控制脉冲压力,经过实践,机器工作可靠,性能优越。
According to the working condition of the brake hose, a machine designed to meet an automobile factory test requirements about the pressure of automobile braking hose . The testing machine is mainly used for fatigue performance test of automobile brake hose, using the software simulated automobile brake hose working condition, and the medium temperature control system can meet the test requirements, electro-hydraulic servo control technology can produce control pulse force, support required by the practice, this machine works with superior performance.
