煤矿岩巷新型快速掘进技术的应用研究

煤炭资源是三大能源之一,我国煤炭储量多,埋藏深,开采条件差,其中岩巷煤炭开采较为困难。煤矿岩巷掘进多采用炮掘施工工艺,机械化程度偏低,效率低,很大程度上制约了岩巷单进水平,给采掘衔接造成紧张感。为解决这一问题,缓解回采工作面紧张局面,新景矿引进了EBZ260W型岩巷掘进机,集切割、装载及转运、降尘于一体,大幅度提高了岩巷单进水平,节约岩巷开采成本,经济性良好。

Coal resources are one of the three major energy sources. China has many coal reserves, deep burial and poor mining conditions. Among them, rock roadway coal mining is more difficult. Coal mine rock tunneling is mostly driven by blasting construction technology. The mechanization is low and the efficiency is low. It restricts the single entry level of rock roadway to a great extent, and makes the connection between mining and excavation cause a sense of tension. In order to solve this problem, alleviate the tense situation of working face, the introduction of Xinjing coal mine EBZ260W rock roadheader, cutting, loading and transporting and collecting dust in one, greatly improve the roadway into a single level, saving cost of mining roadway, good economy.
