摘要
立体传质塔盘是一种气相为连续相、液相为分散相的喷射并流传质塔盘,具有通量大、效率高及压力降小的优点。综述了立体传质塔盘技术的发展历程,系统介绍了新型垂直筛板和C型、T型、CTST及PCST等多种喷射态塔盘的原理及结构特点。重点介绍了中国石油化工股份有限公司抚顺石油化工研究院针对石化行业塔盘易堵塞问题开发的抗堵型喷射态塔盘技术,针对传统塔盘错流传质导致塔盘板效率低的问题开发的低返混高效喷射态塔盘技术及同时具有抗堵功能的低返混高效喷射态塔盘技术的特点及应用概况,最后展望了立体传质塔盘今后的发展方向。
Vertical sieve tray( VST) is a kind of spray tray with liquid as dispersed phase and vapor as continuous phase. It has the advantages of large loading capacity,high efficiency and low pressure drop,etc.The development process of spray tray is reviewed,and the principles and design features of different vertical sieve trays,type C,type T,CTST,and PCST are introduced. The study has emphatically described several new vertical sieve trays developed by FRIPP for application in petrochemical industry,including anti-clogging VST,low back-mixing VST,and anti-clogging and low back-mixing VST. Their technical features and applications are described and the future research development trends of vertical sieve tray are prospected.
