摘要
教研论文是中学教师教育科学研究的重要环节,与教师专业发展密切相关。以2015年北京市中学生物教师发表的42篇论文为样本,从发文量与论文作者分布、论文发表期刊、研究内容、影响力、学术道德等方面分析论文的质量,可以得出如下结果:各区中学生物教师论文发表量极度不均衡;发表的期刊有追逐北大核心期刊的趋势;研究内容多集中在教学设计方面;论文的整体影响力较低;有一稿多发的现象。提高教师科研能力,教师要有文献意识、团队意识和捕捉热点的意识。
The education research paper is an important part of the educational research of the middle school teacher and it is relative to their professional development. The 42 published papers of the middle school biology teachers in Beijing City in 2015 are taken as samples,analyzing the quality of the papers in the aspects of quantity of papers,distribution of authors,journals,research content,effectiveness and academic ethic,and so on. The results showed that the quantity of papers of middle school biology teachers in different zones is unbalanced; published journals are listed in the indexes of core journal of PKU intentionally; research mainly focuses on teaching design; the overall impact force is relatively low; multiple publications are found. Therefore,the teachers should have the consciousness of literature,team and capturing hot focuses.
