摘要
作为人力资源大省,河南省就业市场中劳动力需求不匹配的结构性失衡是就业市场的主要矛盾。"十三五"期间,随着供给侧改革的不断推进,就业结构的差异化现象将会不断凸显。只有做好短期优化劳动需求和长期改善劳动力供给,增强政府完善社会保障和公共就业服务体系的能力,就业工作才能实现持续、平稳、有序发展。
The mismatch of labor demand is the main contradiction of the labor market in Henan province.During the 13 th five-year plan period,the employment structure will become more differentiated as the supplyside reform continues. Only strengthen the short-term optimal labor demand and long-term improved labor supply,enhance the government's abilities to perfect the social security and public employment service system,the employment work can realize the steady and orderly development.
