农户幸福指数与农户生计研究——基于河北省围场县两个贫困村的调查

Rural Households' Well-being Index and Their Livelihoods——Based on Survey of Two Impoverished Villages of Weichang County,Hebei Province

以河北省围场县两个贫困村为案例,从居住、就业和空间行为能力三个层面构建幸福指数,利用多元回归方法探究农户幸福指数与生计活动的关系。结果显示:工资—经营、蔬菜种植、外出务工等生计活动对农户幸福指数的贡献度最大。利用二元逻辑回归模型,分析了农户从事高贡献度生计活动的家庭和社会经济影响因素。结果显示:(1)社会关系与农户从事工资—经营生计活动为强正相关,家庭规模和农户平均学历与从事工资—经营生计活动为较强正相关。(2)将蔬菜种植和外出务工加入模型后,劳动力数量影响强度加大。从推进村域经营生计活动发展、提高农民技术水平、保障低幸福指数农户基本生存等提出对策建议。

This paper selected two impoverished villages as the cases, which located in Weichang County, Hebei Province. Firstly, the authors de- reloped a composite bousebeld well - being index incorporating three aspects： Housing, employment and the ability of spatial mobility, then used malti- pie regression to analyze the nexus between the household＇s well - being index and livelihood activities, and discovered that the salary - business live- lihood activity, vegetable planting livelihood activity and migrant livelihood activity had the greatest contribution to the household well- being index. Secondly, this paper put the households＇ social- economic factors and the high contribution livelihood activities into binary logistic regression in order to find the social - economic influencing factors which impacted on households engaging on the high contribution livelihood activities. The results showed：（DSocial relationship had a strong positive correlation to the household engaging on salary- business job, in addition, the household＇s size and average educational level also had positive correlations to it. OMter putting the vegetable planting livelihood activity and migrant livelihood activ- ity into model, the correlation of quantity of labor force was increasing. In the end, this papeer discussed the regression results and provided policy im- plications from three categories ： Promoting business livelihood activity at village level, improving technical abilities of peasants, and guaranteeing the vital needs of households with low well - being index.
