山东省工业用水效率的空间差异性及其影响因素分析 被引量:6

摘要 根据山东省2007—2015年的面板数据,运用DEA方法测算了山东省17个地市的工业用水效率,采用多元线性回归模型揭示了山东省及17个地市工业用水效率的关键影响因素。结果表明:(1)山东省工业用水效率已趋向于DEA有效;不同地市的工业用水效率变化呈现差异性,枣庄市和聊城市的工业用水效率9年一直达到DEA有效,除济宁市、莱芜市、威海市和日照市外,其他地市的工业用水效率朝着DEA有效发展;(2)工业废水排放量和R&D费用在GDP中所占比重分别对50%以上的地区工业用水效率有影响,第二产业比重、第三产业比重和地区人均GDP分别对30%的地区有影响,各影响变量的作用具有空间差异性。 Based on the panel data of Shandong Province in 2007 - 2015 ,this paper used DEA method to measure the industrial efficiency of 17 cities in Shandong Province, and used the multiple linear regression model to reveal the key factors of industrial water consumption efficiency in Shan- dong Province and its 17 cities. The results showed that the industrial water consumption efficiency in Shandong Province became more effective in DEA. Differences in industrial water consumption efficiency varied from city to city : The industrial water consumption efficiency of Zaozhuang and Li- aocheng reached DEA in nine years. Besides Jining, Laiwu, Weihai and Rizhao, the other cities of industrial water consumption efficiency were towards the effective development of DEA. Industrial wastewater discharge and R&D in the proportion of GDP had an impact on more than 50 % of the regional industrial water consumption efficiency respectively. The proportion of secondary industry, the proportion of the tertiary industry and the per capita GDP had an impact on 30% region in Shandong Province,and the effect of each variable had spatial variability.
