针刺大鼠“相对穴”阳陵泉与阴陵泉对P物质表达的影响研究

Effect of Acupuncture The Complementary Acupoints Yanglingquan and Yinlingquan on Substance P Expression

目的:观察针刺大鼠相对穴阴陵泉与阳陵泉后穴区局部和血清中P物质(SP)的表达,探讨SP变化与"相对穴"协同增效的相关性。方法:除空白对照组外,其他各组大鼠给予电针干预后采用酶联免疫技术检测实验前后大鼠血清中SP含量,穴区局部组织组化染色观察穴区SP阳性表达。结果:与对照组比较,其他各针刺组穴区局部SP阳性表达和血清中含量均有不同程度的增多,其中针刺相对穴阳陵泉与阴陵泉穴组SP表达最为显著,各针刺组比较,针刺旁开阳陵泉与阴陵泉穴组SP表达显著低于其他各组。结论:针刺相对穴阳陵泉与阴陵泉穴SP穴区局部阳性表达和血清含量显著增高,是相对穴配伍协同增效的可能因素之一。

Objective： To observe the expression of substance P in the point local and serum after acupuncture The Complementary Acupoints Yanglingquan and Yinlingquan in rats,so as to analyze the correlation with the change of substance P and the synergistic interaction of compatibility in Complementary Acupoints. Methods： 40 SD rats were randomly and equally divided into 5 groups,8 rats each. Detecting the content of substance P in rats＇ serum by ELISA technique and the expression of substance P in the point local by histochemistry method after electroacupuncture. Results：Compared with the group control,the positive expression of SP in the local area and the content of the serum in other groups were increased in different degrees. Compared with all of acupuncture groups,the SP expression was the least in the group of acupuncture the sideward of Yanglingquan and Yinlingquan. Conclusion： As compared with other groups,the positive expression of SP in the local area and the content of the serum were significantly increased. It is one of the possible factors for the synergistic interaction of compatibility in ＂Complementary Acupoints＂.
