制造企业服务衍生的产品-服务匹配机制 被引量:4

The Mechanism of Product-service Matching for Manufacturing Enterprise Service Derivative

摘要 依托优势制造资源进行服务衍生已成为制造企业获取竞争优势的重要手段。由于服务衍生过程的复杂性和客户需求的多样性,产品-服务的有效匹配已成为决定服务衍生能否成功实现的关键。以服务衍生的产品服务包特征分析为基础,刻画了制造企业服务衍生的过程,基于稳定匹配理论,构建了产品模块-服务项目的匹配规划模型,并给出了问题的求解方法,最后实例验证了研究理论与方法的科学性与有效性。研究结果表明:服务衍生实质是产品与服务相互匹配的过程,产品价值的更大实现需要服务衬托,而服务的价值创造需要依托产品;两者的稳定匹配有助于客户问题的解决。 An important approach to obtaining a competitive advantage for manufacturing enterprises is service derivative relied on the superior manufacturing resources.Because of the complexity of service derivative's process and the diversity of the customer demand,effective matching of service and product have become the key to the success of service derivative.Based on the feature analysis of service derivative's package of product and service,the implementation process of manufacturing enterprise service derivative is characterized,product module and service items matching programming model is established with stable matching theory,then the problem solving method is given,finally the scientific and validity of research's theory and method is demonstrated through examples.The research results show that service derivative's nature is the matching process of products and services with each other,achieving greater product value needs service's foil,but the service's value creation needs to rely on products;and that stable matching between them helps to solve customers' problems.
