美丽乡村建设背景下西安休闲农业发展研究

RESEARCH ON LEISURE AGRICULTURE DEVELOPMENT BASED ON BEAUTIFUL COUNTRY CONSTRUCTION BACKGROUND IN XI'AN

[目的]美丽乡村建设是休闲农业发展的基础,休闲农业为美丽乡村建设提供产业支撑,基于美丽乡村建设背景下发展休闲农业,对于缩小城乡差距,实现美丽中国具有重要意义。[方法]通过文献调查分析美丽乡村建设与休闲农业的关系,进而对西安休闲农业进行实证分析,探讨美丽乡村建设背景下休闲农业发展问题。[结果]美丽乡村建设和休闲农业发展二者相辅相成,在协同发展过程中西安休闲农业发展良好,形成了观赏型、品尝型、参与型、度假型及会展型休闲发展模式,并针对存在的问题从规划发展、管理体制、服务体系及利益分配等4个方面提出具体对策。[结论]发展休闲农业,推进美丽乡村建设,科学规划是前提,完善经营管理体制是关键,健全公共服务体系是保障,最终实现利益合理分配。

Leisure agriculture is based on agricultural resources, basis of tourism planning, it has functions of tourism, agricultural vals, entertainment, and convalescence. This paper discussed the agricultural products and rural ecology. As the products, shopping, vacation, exhibition, festi- relationship between leisure agriculture and the construction of ＂ beautiful countryside＂, and analyzed the status quo of leisure agriculture in Xi＇an. The results showed that the management of leisure agriculture was imperfect, the service system was not perfect, the ecological consciousness was weak, and the leisure agriculture land resource was in low utilization rate and unreasonable benefit distribution. Finally, it put forward some suggestions for the development of leisure agriculture in Xi＇an under the background of beautiful countryside construction, such as scientific planning and diversified development, perfecting the management system, establishing and perfecting the supervision mechanism, improving the public service system, raising the environmental protection consciousness, and improving the land use efficiency and distribution.
