Distribution Pattern of Income in Jiangsu and the Policy Orientation of Enriching the People

我国经济社会发展的理论和实践都已表明,收入分配在很大程度上影响了居民的消费,收入分配结构的优化不仅起到扩大内需的作用,还有利于消费结构的升级,推动经济的可持续发展。江苏作为中国经济强省,现有的收入分配格局与上海、浙江相比,居民收入的增长潜力有待挖掘,收入分配差距有待缩小,收入分配结构有待优化。为此,必须坚持聚焦富民的政策导向,既要营造创新氛围,推动双创富民,又要深化改革举措,优化分配结构,激发社会创富的活力,促进居民收入与经济协调发展。

Both the theory and practice of China＇s economic and social development have already shown that the distri- bution of income has affected residents＇ consumption to a great extent. The optimization of income distribution structure not only plays the role of expanding domestic demand, but also facilitates the upgrading of consumption structure, and promotes the sustainable development of economy. Jiangsu, as an economically developed province of China, still needs to increase resident＇s potential income as compared with Shanghai and Zhejiang in terms of income distribution pattern, and the income distribution gap should be further narrowed, while the income distribution structure needs to be optimized. To this end, we must adhere to the policy orientation of giving priority to enriching the people. This means that we should not only create an atmosphere for innovation and promote innovation and entrepreneurship, but also deepen the reform initiatives, optimize the distribution structure, stimulate the vitality of social wealth, and promote the coordinated development of residents＇ income and local economy.
