加强和改进新形势下党的作风建设问题辨析

An Analysis on Issues Concerning the Strengthening and Improvement of the Party's Work Style in the New Situation

十八大以来,党的作风建设取得了良好的成效,积累了许多宝贵经验。但也应该看到,在正风肃纪、高压反腐的新形势下,党的作风建设还存在现实利益动摇理想信念,反腐高压态势消减部分党员干部工作积极性,公民权利意识的增强导致一些党员干部逃避群众工作等新情况新问题。为了解决上述问题,可从加强理想信念和权力观教育、严肃执纪问责、扎紧制度藩篱、健全监督体系等方面入手,推进作风建设常态化、制度化、长效化。

Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC ,the Party＇s work style building has achieved positive results, and accumulated many valuable experiences. However,it should be noticed that in the new situation with strict disciplining and high pressure for anti-corruption campaigns, the Party＇s work style building still faces new problems and new concerns, such as ideals and believes being shaken by realistic interests, some Party cadres＇ initiative being discouraged by anti-cor- rnption campaigns, and evasion from mass work due to rising awareness of citizens＇ rights. In order to solve the above-men- tioned problems, we can start from the following aspects：strengthening the education on ideals and beliefs and the concept of power, strictly implementing discipline and accountability rules, tightening the system barriers and improving the supervision system, so as to promote the normalization, institutionalization, and eternalization of work style building.
