京津冀高职院校专业建设策略研究——基于京津冀协同发展战略的分析

Specialty Construction of Vocational Colleges——Based on Coordinated Development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region

京津冀协同发展需要提升区域职业教育水平,突破行业技能型人才培养质量,为高职院校营造了广阔的专业建设与发展平台。目前京津冀各高职院校在专业建设方面存在专业雷同现象严重、集中度高、专业规模较小、重复布点多等问题。因此,三地高职院校应紧贴新兴产业与职业开设专业,优化专业动态调整机制,开展校际合作提升专业建设,建立京津冀同行业职教集团。用合理的专业结构提高人才培养质量,增强产业链与人才适用之间的匹配度,促进京津冀产业结构的优化与升级。

The coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region calls for improved level of vocational education. To upgrade the cultivation of skilled talents, vocational colleges in the region need a broader platform for specialty construction. However, the specialty setup in most colleges is highly similar and concentrated with comparatively smaller scale and some majors are too much duplicated. The author suggests that vocational colleges in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei province set up majors and courses according to the development of rising industries, optimize the dynamic adjustment mechanism and carry out inter-college cooperation. On this basis, a vocational education group of the same industry can be set up. A reasonable specialty setup can help improve the quality of talent cultivation and increase the matching degree between industries and talents.Thus, the industrial structure in this region can be optimized and upgraded.
