互嵌式社区的多层面向及其扩展

The Multilayered Orientation and Expansion of Mutually Embedded Communities

建立相互嵌入的社会结构和社区环境作为我国民族工作的新部署,在政策话语向学术话语的转变中,已有研究指出了互嵌式社区这一概念存在居住格局、社会交往、精神文化等多重面向。本研究以一个互嵌式的移民社会在建成十余年之后的数据材料,尝试讨论了互嵌式社区空间、社会、心态多层面向之间的关系,即条件、深度与目标的关系。并以嵌入其中的人们所面临的压力感、安全感、公平感以及各种心态问题深化了互嵌式社区的认识,提出了重视重建和谐心态秩序的问题。

Establishing mutually embedded social structure and community environment is a new deployment in ethnic work of China. In the transition from policy discourse to academic discourse,some studies have presented multilayered orientations of the concept of mutually embedded community in terms of residential pattern,social communication,and spiritual culture. Based on data materials of an embedded immigrant society after establishing more than 10 years,this paper explores the relations between space,society and mentality of the mutually embedded community,that is,the relation between condition,depth and aims. In order to deepen the understanding of the community,it also discusses the mental problems of the residents in the communities concerning their senses of pressure,security and fairness. Finally,it points out the importance of rebuilding a harmonious mental order of the community.
