免缝胶带在儿童眼睑及眶周皮肤裂伤中的应用

Application of 3M steri-strip in the eyelid and periorbital skin laceration of children

目的 评价3M免缝胶带对儿童眼睑及眶周皮肤裂伤的治疗效果.方法 142例（142眼）儿童眼睑及眶周皮肤裂伤者随机分为：3M免缝胶带组和手术缝合组,观察比较两组裂伤处理后1周伤口愈合情况和3 个月后伤口外观满意度情况.结果 裂伤处理1周后,两组伤口愈合情况差异无统计学意义（χ2=0.038,P=0.845）;裂伤处理3个月后伤口,3M免缝胶带组伤口满意度高于手术缝合组,差异具有统计学意义（χ2=6.096,P=0.014）.结论 3M免缝胶带能够使儿童眼睑及眶周皮肤裂伤愈合良好,其疗效确切.

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of 3M steri-strip in children＇s eyelid and periorbital skin laceration.Methods The total of 142 eyes of 142 children with eyelid and periorbital skin laceration were randomly divided into 3M steri-strip group and surgical suture group.Laceration healing and satisfaction degree of wound appearance 1 week and 3 months after treatment were observed and campared between the two groups.Results Laceration healing was good 1 week after treatment,the difference was not statistically significant between the two groups（χ2=0.038,P=0.845）.Three months after laceration treatment,the satisfaction degree of wound appearance in 3M steri-strip group was higher than that in surgical suture group,the difference was statistically significant（χ2=6.096,P=0.014）.Conclusion 3M steri-strip can make the eyelid and periorbital skin laceration of children healed well.
