Reflections on the Urban Management System Reform under the Green Development Concept

绿色发展是我国"十三五"时期经济社会发展遵循的重大理念之一,也是新时期我国城市管理必须坚持的道路。城市管理体制,也务必要以绿色发展理念为指引,全面推进改革。本文分析了我国城市管理工作的阶段性基础以及城市管理过程中存在的一系列问题,并立足现状、根据问题导向,以绿色发展理念为总体指引,提出了加快我国城市管理体制改革的八大对策建议。

Green development is one of the major ideas of economic and social development in China during the ＂13th Five-Year Plan＂ period. It is also the road that China＇s urban management must adhere to under the new period. Urban management system, also must take the green development concept as a guide to comprehensively promote the reform. This paper analyzes the phased basis of urban management in our country and a series of problems in the process of urban management. Based on the current situation and the problem orientation, the paper puts forward the eight countermeasures to speed up the urban management system reform with the green development concept as the overall guideline.
