摘要
1999年,我国高等院校开始扩招,到2016年,高等学校毕业生765万。随着社会经济转型、产业结构的升级,人才需求出现了新的特点:一方面就业形势严峻,另一方面企业招工难、用工荒,这种结构性就业矛盾需要大力发展应用型本科教育。本科应用型人才能够有效地匹配企业用工需求,从而大幅度地提升就业数量和就业质量。然而,目前应用型本科教育的发展也存在一些问题,尝试分析和探讨解决这些问题的策略,是本文的主旨所在。
The Chinese colleges and universities began to expand their enrollment in 1999. By 2016, there are 7.65 million graduates of institutions of higher learning. Along with the socio-economic transformation and upgrading of industrial structure, talent demand showed new characteristics. On the one hand, the employment situation is grim; on the other hand, the corporate recruitment difficulties, labor shortage exist at the same time. The structural contradiction of employment is to develop applied undergraduate education. Application-oriented Undergraduate talents can effectively match the needs of enterprises and employment. Thus the quality of employment and employment is greatly improved. However, there are some problems in the development of application-oriented undergraduate education, so try to analyze and explore the strategies to solve these problems is the main purpose of this article.
