在进化论中,美的本质是强盛的生命力,只要是有利于生存和繁衍的体征都是美的。以进化论美学为视角探讨运动美和身体美的表现形式和本质特征,引导人们获得健康的生活方式,以期发挥体育美学的社会价值。
In the theory of evolutionism, the essence of beauty is strong viatlty, as long as the signs that are good for survival and reproduction is beautiful. This article explains the essence of body beauty and beauty of body movement from the view of evolutionary aesthetics. This paper aims to guide people to acquire a healthy lifestyle so as to give full play to the social value of sports aesthetics.
