摘要
采用文献资料法,探讨拓展训练在竞技运动领域的研究现状,分析已有研究成果和不足,探索拓展训练的价值和适用范围,以期为拓展训练在运动领域的进一步普及指明方向,奠定理论基础。
Using literature method, this study sketches out the present research state of outward training in competitive sports, and summarizes its importance and application. It also shed some light on probing a new psychological training method, and lay a theoretical foundation for the application of outward training.
