基于支持向量数据描述的物流发展水平聚类评价研究

Evaluation of Logistics Development Level Based on Support Vector Data Description

在前人已有研究成果的基础上,以西部12省份为研究对象,提出基于支持向量数据描述的物流发展水平智能评价方法。首先阐述了现有的物流发展水平评价方法、体系,介绍了聚类评价的具体步骤,进而应用数据描述方法进行聚类评价,取得了不错的评价效果。对聚类结果进行了细致分析,以期为西部地区物流业发展规划提供必要的实证参考和决策依据。

On the basis of previous research,the intelligent evaluation method of logistics development level based on support vector data description is proposed,which is based on the 12 provinces of Western China. First of all,this paper expounds the existing evaluation methods and system of logistics development level,introduces the specific steps of clustering evaluation,and then makes a good evaluation result by using this method. The clustering results are analyzed in detail,which is expected to provide the necessary empirical reference and decision-making basis for the development of logistics industry in the western region.
