摘要
为了了解大学生学习投入现状,探讨大学生学习投入与角色认同的关系,为增强大学生学习投入水平提供依据。采用学习投入量表和大学生角色认同问卷调查800位学生。结果显示:大学生学习投入整体水平中等偏下,学习投入各因子与大学生角色认同各因子都存在不同程度显著相关(p﹤0.05)。高角色定向、角色适应、角色体认,低角色冲突、角色懈怠、角色对抗对大学生学习的投入具有积极意义,而低角色定向、角色适应、角色体认,高角色冲突、角色懈怠、角色对抗对大学生学习的投入具有消极意义。
To study the state of college students' learning engagement,explore the relationship between role identity and learning engagement and provide scientific basis for improving their learning engagement. Utrecht Work Engagement Scale—student and college studengts' role identity were administered to 800 college students. Results display the university students' learning engagement is in the lower middle level,college students' learning engagement and role identity had significant correlation( p ﹤ 0. 05). High role orientation,role adaptation and feeling experience,and low role conflict,role burnou and role contradiction play positive roles in the university students' learning engagement,while low role orientation,role adaptation and feeling experience,and high role conflict,role burnou and role contradiction play a negative role.
