高职公共英语教师“三力一体”教学能力发展的探讨

Discussion on the “Three Abilities in One” Teaching Ability Development of General English Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges

文章分析了产教融合背景下,高职公共英语教师教学活动能力、教学学术研究能力、行业企业实践能力"三力一体"教学能力的结构特征,并从加强校企合作共同体建设,建立持续的教学能力发展体系,科学规划培训内容提高培训质量等方面提出了发展高职公共英语教师"三力一体"教学能力的有效路径。

Under the background of integration of production and education, this paper analyzes the structure characteristics of ＂three abilities in one＂ teaching ability of general English teacher, and three abilities are teaching activity ability, teaching academic research ability and the practice ability of industry and enterprise. This paper puts forward its effective path from aspects of strengthening the construction of college-enterprise cooperation community, building the sustainable development of teaching ability, scientifically planning of training content, and increasing training quality.
