“双师型”教师专业化发展的瓶颈与路径

摘要 本文从"双师型"教师专业化发展的内涵出发,对"双师型"教师在现阶段专业化发展过程中暴露出的专业化发展意识模糊、校企合作机制松散、教师职业倦怠、缺乏有效机制引导等原因导致"双师素质"偏低等现实问题进行了分析,并提出了构建"双师型"教师专业化发展体系、加强校企合作办学模式建设、开辟专兼联合"双师型"教师"技能+训练"模式等解决途径。 Starting from the connotation of professional development of double qualified teachers, this paper analyses such problems as the obscure consciousness of professional development, the loose mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation, the teachers' boredom of career, the lack of effective mechanism guidance, which are revealed in the professional development and have caused the poor quality of double-qualified teachers. Some solutions are proposed as constructing the professional development system of double-qualified teacher, strengthening the school-enterprise cooperation, opening the mode of the double-qualified teachers including part-time teachers, the mode of skills and training, etc.
