摘要
文章对淠史杭灌区干旱成因进行分析,通过水量平衡计算,提出了按单元供水的抗旱供水调度模式。
The causes of the drought in the Pishihang irrigation are were analyzed. Based on the calculation of the water balance,a model of drought-resistant water supply is proposed in this paper.
