摘要
文章分析了修建浣溪水库对改善城镇供水、流域防洪、灌溉和生态条件所起的作用,论证了项目的可行性和紧迫性,并对水库坝址及特征水位进行了方案计算和比选。
This paper analyzed the function of building Huanxi reservoir in improving city water supply, river basin flood control, irrigation and ecological condition. The feasibility and urgency of project is discussed, and the dam location and featured reservoir level are calculated and compared.
