在职人员求职诚意影响因素实证研究

Empirical Research on the Influence Factors of the Sincerity of In-service Job-hunter

摘要 在企业面向在职人员的招聘中,经常会发生求职者主动退出的情形,说明在职人员求职诚意存在较大差异。对影响求职诚意的个性特征及其他外在因素进行分析,发现在职人员的求职诚意与本人原工作状况、配偶工作状况、籍贯到应聘单位的距离存在负相关关系,与工作年限存在正相关关系,不同性别求职者的求职诚意存在显著差异。 When enterprises recruit employees,those in-service job seekers often voluntarily withdraw,which indicates that those job seekers have great differences in job seeking sincerity.Analyzing the personality characteristics and other external factors which influence the job hunting,it is found that those job hunters' sincerity has a negative correlation with original working status,spouse's working status,and the distance from home to working place,and a positive correlation with working years,and there are significant differences in sincerity of job seekers' gender.
