Research on the Development of Pension Service Industry in the Situation of Population Aging

当前我国养老服务面临着家庭养老承载逐步降低、政府投入与监管不足以及养老服务供给与社会需求差距大等现实问题与困境。养老服务业的发展水平和承载能力已经远远不能应对人口老龄化的快速发展态势,也不能满足日益多元化的养老服务需求。因此,我们应当认清和重视我国人口老龄化所面临的情势与危机,加快养老服务业发展顶层设计与总体布局,创新与丰富养老服务业发展方式与路径,切实提高我国养老服务业发展水平。

In China , the current pension service is facing problems that family supporting gradually reduces with the lack of government investment and supervision as well as large gap between pension service demand and supply. The level of development and the carrying capacity of the pension service industry can not cope with the rapid development of population aging, and can not meet the needs of increasingly diversified pension services. Therefore, we should understand and pay attention the situation and crisis of the aging population of our country and promote the development of top-level design and overall layout of the pension services industry, innovation and rich endowment service industry development mode and path to improve China＇s pension services industry development level.
