On Innovative Capability of Enterprises in the Prefectures of Xinjiang

通过对创新能力评价指标的构建和研究,分析并帮助企业找到本地区创新资源和能力的优、劣势以及今后改进的方向,发现企业新的创新点,增强企业创新能力,提升企业自身实力,带动当地经济的协同发展。文章通过对新疆各地州市企业创新能力的研究,找出各地州市关键的创新能力优势,助力新疆企业提高竞争力,实现经济稳定健康发展和社会长治久安。

By constructing the system of innovation ability index, analyzing and helping enterprises to find the advantages and disadvantages as well as the direction of future improvement. Enterprises can also find new innovations, strengthen enterprise innovation ability, enhance the economic strength of the enterprise themselves,and promote the coordinated development of local economy. On the basis of the research on the innovation capability of enterprises in Xinjiang prefectures, the paper finds out the key innovative advantages of the cities and counties,and helps the Xinjiang enterprises to improve their competitiveness and achieve the healthy and stable economic development and the long-term social stability.
