摘要 从管件弯曲加工过程中产生的回弹延伸机理出发,对回弹量、伸长量进行了理论分析,揭示了弯曲角—成形角、延伸量—成形角之间的关系。通过实验测量与分析,验证了数学模型的计算精度及其可靠性,可以用来指导管件先焊后弯加工工艺。 Based on the fundamentals of resilience and prolongation of steel pipe in the bending process, the amounts of both the resilience and prolongation were analyzed theoretically, to reveal the relationship between the bending and forming angles as well as that of prolongation and forming angle. Experimental testing of the forming angle and prolongation were implemented to validate the analytical model, which showed that the model could be adopted in the process of welded pipe based bending.
