摘要
为了帮助医生及患者更好地完成膝关节置换,提出了一种简单、实用的膝关节骨标定方法。该方法主要是利用人体完整下肢力线的生理特点,再结合既定的切骨顺序进行标定。采用在人体膝盖骨上划线的方式进行了膝盖骨的标定实验。结果表明:所分析关键股骨定位技术具有较高的精确度,满足手术的基本要求。
In order to help doctors and patients to better complete the knee replacement, this paper presents a simple and practical method for the calibration of the knee joint. The method mainly uses the physiological characteristics of the human lower extremity line of force, combined with the established osteotomy sequence. In addition, the calibration of the knee bone is performed by scribing the human knee bone. The results show that the key femoral positioning technique has high accuracy and meets the basic requirements of surgery.
