摘要
采用CATIA软件对单人半卧式微型赛车车架进行结构设计,用Hypermesh对车架进行有限元建模,在确定车架约束、载荷大小与作用形式的基础上,分析在满载、紧急制动、急速转弯等极限工况下车架应变分布、最大应力区及最大位移变形区。仿真结果表明车架强度和刚度均满足要求。
The structure of a single half-horizontal micro-car frame is designed by CATIA and the finite element model of the frame is set up using Hypermesh. On the basis of determining the constraints and loads of the frame, the stress and strain of the frame are analyzed in the conditions of full load bending, full load torsion, emergency braking, sharp turn. The maximum stress and strain and displacement of the frame are obtained. The analysis results show that the strength and stiffness of the frame can meet the requirements.
