摘要
针对海水过滤器流量大、滤网易变形等特点,对过滤器内部流场的压力变化以及速度矢量进行了分析。利用计算流体动力学技术对海水过滤器内部流场建立模型,采用多孔介质模型模拟滤网的阻抗特性。分析结果表明,滤网产生变形主要是由于流体动压力对滤网的冲击以及滤网两侧存在静压力差所造成的,滤网的易变形区域主要发生在靠近出口区域以及与出口相对的滤网中部区域。
According to the characteristics of seawater filter such as large flow rate and easy deformed strainer, the inner flow field pressure change and velocity vector of the filter are analyzed. Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) is employed to establish the model of the internal flow field of the seawater filter. The impedance characteristic of the strainer is simulated through ';he porous medium model. The results show that strainer deformation is contributed mainly due to the static pressure difference on both sides of the strainer and the existence of hydrodynamic pressure. The deformation region easily occurs in close proximity to the regional export and the central region of relative side.
