基于LabWindows/CVI的扭矩测试系统设计

摘要 为满足传动系统扭矩信号与其他各测试点参数的一体同步测试要求,同时为解决扭矩传感器及扭矩仪配套软件监测信号单一与无扩展性的问题,在原有试验器综合通用化测试系统的基础上,设计了基于虚拟仪器LabWindow/CVI与Modbus通讯的扭矩测试子系统,阐述了该系统的结构组成、Modbus通讯协议以及软件功能实现。实验分析结果证明:该系统具有扩展性好、界面直观、操作方便的特点,能够满足传动系统试验器各测量点参数的一体测试功能要求。 In order to meet the integrated and synchronous test needs of the torque and the other test point parameters in transmission system, and to solve the non-scalable and signal-single problem of the torque sensor and torque meter supporting software, the torque subsystem based on virtual instrument LabWindows/CVl and Modbus was designed on the basis of original comprehensive universal test system. This paper introduced the composition of the system, the Modbus protocol and the software implementation process. Experimental result shows that the test system has the characteristics of nice extensibility, simply operation, intuitive interface, being able to meet the function requirement of multiple test point parameters integrated testing.
